The Turnkey Kit is a free, practical, “how to” technical assistance tool for organizations and agencies who are ready to plan and implement user friendly, convenient, and economical  transportation services for older adults who are unable to use standard public transportation alternatives.  The kit includes materials that can be downloaded to assist not only in planning and implementation of a service, but also to help with evaluation of planned or existing programs.
