What are STPs? Supplemental Transportation Programs for seniors are community-based transportation programs serving seniors that complement existing transportation services.
What is the STP Exchange? It is a web-based resource for peer-to-peer communication; technical, informational, and financial materials development and discussion; and networking among members and the community at large.
What is the Exchange website purpose?
- The site provides visitors who are interested in senior transportation with information on STPs.
- It also serves as the home for the STP Exchange.
Who Should Join? Anybody...senior, human services, and transportation organizations and programs; and professionals interested in exchanging information related to senior mobility and senior transportation.
What is the cost? Membership is FREE. "Dues" are non-monetary in nature and based on active involvement.
